Dear Experts, My one of the Client having 2 PAN cards. His TDS was deducted with old pan no. and ITR was filed with another PAN (new). Actual he lost his pan card and his auditor suggest to apply new pan card. after some days he found his old pan card. Immediately he surrendered his old PAN. Now IT persons called him to pay for Demand (TAX). He has not received any notice till day. Kindly suggest

BSE LISTED COMPANY HAS BEEN LATE IN PREPARING AUDIT REPORT & FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDING 30/3/2015. CAN IT BE DATED 30/6/2015, SIGNED BY AUDITOR AND INCUBENT DIRECTORS AND PUT UP FOR APPROVAL IN NEXT BOD DATED 7/7/2015 ?
