Hello Sir, I am Sagar Wankhede. I had completed my graduation in BBA. Presently I am studying Law (3 years). I have plans of doing MBA after Law. But now i am confused whether to choose MBA or CS (Company Secretaryship). I want to start my own business in future but before that I want to train myself by doing a job for hardly 3 or 4 years. Please suggest me what will be the right option MBA or CS...

A hosiery unit with SSI status for current year wants to avail MRP based exemption. Now whether it has to issue excise invoice from beginning and MRP need to be quoted on invoice??????? Query is-----in case of MRP if aggregate clearance RS.3.33 crore then its value as per rate of 45% will be Rs. 1.50 crores. Now upto clearance of Rs. 3.33 crores excise invoice is to be issued or not? And whether MRP need to be mentioned on invoice???????

i qualified this may 2011 and i hv been shortlisted for both deloitte bangalore (in campus placement) and kpmg gurgaon (through open interview) m confused about which one to go for ??? i am comfortable on residing in any of these places , the confusion is only about which would be better one to choose from and also whether campus placement should be given preference over open interviews and selection?? pls help.. regards Sreelakshmi
