Hi. please clarify this query. An entity wants to transfers few of its asset to another entity without consideration, ie it wants to gift those assets. The book value is close to Rs. 1 lakh. Wat is the tax implication for both the entities

My friend done the articleship during the period 20.10.2006 to 19.10.2009 in that period B.com is also completed in march,2007. Articles are effected by 4 months. actually some colleges taking the admission without attending colleges by paying fee. Institute asked for explanationnts. what i going to give reply
