With refrence to your comment on http://www.caclubindia.com/experts/sec-40a-3--133456.asp please note that applicability of Sec.40A(3) for trusts is quite inappropriate since computation of trusts are based on Chapter 3 guidelines rather than chapter 4- which is specific for Computation of Income under the head PGBP.
