my residential has changed within the same city, on account of which my income tax ward no has changed. i want to file my income tax return with new ward. what procedure should i follow? will changing my PAN detail(address change) through form 49A would allow me to file return with new ward or i need to give change of address intimation letter to old AO, new AO and also at the Ayakar Bhawan.please provide the procedure required (IN CALCUTTA) -

Hi sir!one of my client want to repatriate money to usa. they are director in pltd company in india and want to get money in usa there is sufficient reserve and sulplus , i.e Rs.10 crore app can we pay them under section 2(22) e after deducting proper tds also whether it is allowable under fema. thanks -

: Directors penalty for not filing ROC return
Dear Sir, I have a query if a company has not filed its ROC returns for last 10 yrs what is penalty/liability of director. (Company's paid up capital is below 1 lakh) What can be done in this situation. Please advice. Thank you. -
