i have been registered as article student 5 months ago.now i wanted to leave the firm due to unavoidable causes at home.i want to take termination.but my auditor is reluctant to give termination even after knowing my problems at home.do i have any other option to come out?sir can yoyu tell me what to do -

Negotiable instrument act 1881 can anybody plz help me in understanding and solving d following mentioned question? Q 1 D is induced by A to draw a cheque in favour of P, who is an existing person. A instead of sending the cheque to P, forges his name and pays the cheque into his own bank. Can D recover the amount of the cheque from A s banker? -

SIR, One of my frnd is in problem plz suggest. case:- he gave blank signed bond (non judicial stamp paper) paper to his employer (Rs20 x 5 nons. he completed his articleship after a long fighting. now he complete his articleship but his blank singed bond paper is still with his former employer. Sir now that former is denying to cancel the bond nor returning the papers to my friend. Sir i want your suggestions how to deal with the matter to keep my frnd safe side (he is tensed because of future mis use by former employer because his case wase already disputed before ICAI) Plz suggest & Help. -
