Dear sir i was file the it return a.y. 2012-13 with wrong tan no of company, the department send the demand notice of same amount of tds, i retify this through online rectification request process, but the department send me the reminder demand note of same amount which was deducted by company. kindly suggest regards Praveen Pandit -

1. Sale made to party 'X' in FY 2007-08. 2. Sales returns by party'X' in FY 2008-09. 3. But no sales made to party 'X' during FY 2008-09. 4. So, how it has to be accounted as per IT Act, 1961 i.e. Sec 145. Please provide case laws if any. -
