Sir, I am Chaitanya. I have finished only 10 months of articleship. I want to terminate from my present firm and join in another one. Can i join in other firm within the same city? Does ICAI allows me to do so? Does it object? What are the compliances required? Regards.

Hello Sir, I am Vaibhav Gupta, CA FInal Student. I have a query regarding Transfer/Termination of Articleship. If an article appears for CA-IPCE GrOUP 2 examinations and just after exams he/she applies for Transfer of articleship to ICAI. Will ICAI withheld the result if an article takes transfer on medical ground basis?

Hello Mr. Ganesh, i have gone thorugh one of the your conversation where have been u answered that a company receiveing pure labour services where these labours works under a main contractor then this case will beconsidered as pure labour contract service not a manpower supply service and hence reverse charge meachanism would not apply, can you please provide ma a specific provision statting the same for a confirmity.
