my client is having an import export licence he has transfer the use of this licence to 3 other companies can is this valid in law and if yes what is the tax-ability of such income received from transfer of right to use and under which head such income can be accounted -

Dear Friend X has sales tax registration in Delhi but he has a godown in Haryana. Now X sells goods to Y in Delhi. Goods are sent from Haryana godown to Y. Will this be interstate sale or vat sale? Does X has to take separte sales tax registration in Haryana because he has a godown there?only for godown in hariyana n all blling in delhi -
