Hello Divya, I have formed a company with share capital of 1 lac. But for doing the business, I need 50 lacs to be pumped into the company. 1. Is raising the share capital the only option? My CS tells me that the cost for same would be 1.15 lacs considering the stamp duty. 2. Can I issue shares at premium and do business? I need money for purchasing the raw materials. 3. Also in share capital of 1 lac.. can i issue 1 lac shares at Rs 10? Or do i need to issue 10,000 share at Rs. 10? Regards, Vismay 9820832202
