Respected Sir, My Query is regarding filing of Form 112. Sir i had completed my B.com through regular college mode, & for that i already had submitted form 112. in august 2010 i had apllied for registration for a Correspondance Mcom and in the same month i also registered for my CS Executive. now the query is whether i should fill 2 forms for both the cource or for only CS. Thanx a lot in advance -

Suppose in balance sheet we have Pref. sh. as 200000 and profit & loss account as 160000. and in cash we have 80000.. it has been asked to issue MINIMUM NUMBER OF equity shares @ 10 (FV=10).. what should be the solution ?? my version of solution would be as follows: we can create Capital Redemption reserve for 160000 and issue balance 40000 as equity share ( 4000 eq shares of 10 each). anyone differs ??
