: Execution date of Rental agreement vs Stamp paper
In case of Rental agreements which are for 11 months, if date if execution is slightly backdated from Stamp paper purchase date, will the total contract be invalid ? Or will the contract still be valid for the period after the stamp paper purchase date ? I would like clarity on this.
