Pukhov says : TDS ON GST INVOICE
Dear Sir Please guide me in the following: 1. Whether TDS to be deducted on gross(excluding GST ) or on final Invoice.? AS per IT act, TDS to be deducted on final payable value which is final invoice after GST. 2. While filing TDS returns in the "Amount paid/credited to deductee" column what should I mention whether gross amount less TDS or final invoice value less TDS? Looking for your answer at the earliest.
