    thanks for reply , but still my doubt is not clear , i am ca student, one of our client charge 0.50% on domestic ,1% on international, but our client say giant undertaking charge 1.20% on international they (giant client) say as per latest circular , is there any circular plz inform me correct rate of service tax asap. thank yor
