: Rate of Tax without Form C
We are selling Bakery machines and our Commodity code is 2025 (Capital goods as described in Section 2(11) of the Act.- others Sch- I) @ rate of 5% VAT to our Local Customers but for interstate customers we are charging 2% with C Form and 14.5% without C Form is Correct or Wrong one of our Customer saying the CST must Charged 5% for without C form. kindly advise in this regards.
