As an Indian resident, I am looking to incorporate a new company in Singapore and relocate to Singapore on Employment Pass. Looking at one of your posts, it seems its difficult to do. I contacted Rikvin but they didn't mentioned how to take care of Indian regulations. Can you please advice me how to proceed ? -

Suppose a co. receives a bill on which TDS under sec 194 C is applicable ,, on 31/8/2012 and 31/12/2012 but co. forget to deduct and payment of TDS . But now on 4/2/2013 co, want to deduct and paid TDs , Now please twll mw in detail , what are the consequences and procedure of payment of TDS to govt. Please reply me ASAP. -

Forgot to mention that the general reserve accumulated till now is close to Rs 30 Cr..... Sir when a company share capital is Rs 3.80 Cr and for last 7 years 100% profits have been transferred to General Reserve can the minority share holders holding around 14.5% in the company demand Dividends and if yes then till what extent?
