dear Nikita, 1.Pls let me know whether a person is eligible to claim leave salary exemption under section 10 if he has completed 7 months and 15 days of service only? Also it is the first employment of the person. 2. How will 10 months average salary will be computed if he is eligible to claim exemption under section 10? Pls reply urgently. -
