i am a ca final student and i am going to appear first time before ito. i have a doubt that if all the members and coparceners of a huf are individual assesse then on what grounds a huf is raised ?? means is the validity of huf can be questioned by the ito..the huf has income on commodity transactions and has lent money to its female member (karta's wife)interest free.
