sir i have q query if my company hasnt been audited ie business audit for 2005-06,2006-07,2007-08,2008-09 thwn what is time bar beyond audit cannot be done

Dear Sir, Thanks for your valuable reply. Further to my previous question dated 17.12.2010, If the assessee wants to avail the exemption u/s 54F and instead of purchasing or constructing a residential house, he repays his hime loan for his residential house taken 7 years ago. If a Company made an Open Offer say to get 10% holding but could not received the required shares of Target. To further acquire the 7% holding what can the Acquirer Company do. Can the Acquirer make further Open Offer. If yes, should Acquirer company need to follow the same procedure as done earlier. If no, what else can the Company do to further acquire the shares
