I have filed ITR for A.Y.2009-10 manually with detail as follows :- GTI : 4,84,000.00 Deduction u/s 80C : 1,00,000.00 Deduction u/s 80D : 12,000.00 Total Income : 3,72,000.00 Tax on Income : 30,282.00 TDS & Tax Paid : 30,282.00 Net Amount Payable : 0.00 But I have received intimation U/s 143(1) which show Assessment as follows: Return income : 2,69,000.00 Total Tax & Intt. : 14,312.00 TDS : 0.00 Net Amount Payable : 14,310.00 Even though my 26AS does not match with TDS claim in manually return but i am sure that such amount is deducted from my Salary as shown in my form 16 (as issued by company)Plz tell me I can Do in that situation
