I am a trader of vehicle. I purchase 8 Moter Cycle @ 100 each ant vat is @ 12.5 each for selling purpose and i claimed ITC 100 (100*12.5%*8). Next month I transfer 1 Moter Cycle to Fixed Assets. what is the cost of Fixed Assets. and what all entry will be done

cenvat credit used for excise duty on tippers and dumpers purchased for mining services for the year ended 2008 2009 & 2010 department denied on the ground that tippers and dumpers not a capital goods and falls under chapter 87 can we avail cenvat as capital goods or Input or not available?
