  • SHIV MOHPAL says : office in Dubai/RAK
    I am planning to open an office (Say ABC Inc) in RAK with 100% ownership in the end of this month i.e. January 2011. ABC Inc. might receive some commission from a US company for the service provided to them in it's bank account in Dubai/RAK from 01 April 2011. I might visit as owner of the company ABC Inc. in 01,June 2011 and might stay there until 31 Dec. 2011. Since I am the sole owner of ABC Inc., will I have to pay any taxes earned in RAK in FY 2011-12 ? Thank you for your reply.
