a public trust earned interest on FD. Rs 24 Lac on the grant recevied from central Govt. the business has not yet started by trust. what is the tax implication . income of trust is exempt or not under which head. thanks

Sir, What will be the consequences if my company has given advance to a related party amounting to Rs. 5,00,000/- in CASH.Though the amount is recovered afterwards.Will the whole amount be disallowed? n my company has incurred a huge loss in AY-2011-12

My friend done the articleship during the period 20.10.2006 to 19.10.2009 in that period B.com is also completed in march,2007. Articles are effected by 4 months. actually some colleges taking the admission without attending colleges by paying fee. Institute asked for explanationnts. what i going to give reply
