Dear sir, Please clarify me this i.e We are importing material from China and we are clearing the container thru a cargo broker, pan is on individual name. Broker is issuing a bill for clearing the container which inclues Freight charges,loading charges, documentation charges etc.Now my question is shall i deduct TDS Or not if Yes on what basis.Please this is urgent

Dear sir, We have formed a shooting club under society registration Act(BOP-7 members)Formed july 2011, now i want to know which form i will use for tax exemption . I think shooting club coming under sec 10(23)- SO 1101-1.03.1967. I can apply tax exemption form no. 55 , kindly provide me how i can apply for 80 G certificate also.
