Hi!

I am Sanjay Gupta from "City of Joy - Kolkata". I have completed ICWA, M.Com, CS, DIM and currently pursuing MBA. Presently i am working for Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Barrackpore Division as a Dy. Manager (Finance). Prior to this, for last 3 years i worked for "West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation Ltd" as Officer On Special Duty and before that for 3.5 years i worked for "Jekay Group of Companies" as Manager (F & A).

I am a part of caclubindia Family to share whatever knowledge i have and also to enhance my own knowledge. We all learn something everyday, because education never ends be it in school, college, institutions or in Journey of Life.

Dear Sir, I manually filled my Return for A.Y. 2012-13, for that year my refund was around 13k. so when i inquired for my refund , my A.O told me that you filled your return in wrong jurisdiction. So what is the procedure? should i file Revised return or may draft a letter to my A.O to transfer my file in Right jurisdiction? Please guide me ?

i am currently working in a real estate company getting salary of 240000( 20000 monthly) that is my gross salary and net salary as well...one of my elder brother told me to get income tax deducted as we all know it will have a positive to have income tax return filed. i do have two insurance policies of icici pru of annual premium of almost 42000- annually so i also wanted to do it but have have a 0 percentage knowledge of this... so my questions are 1) How to file income tax? 2) what is the amount that is due as a tax payable from my side. dear sir how can i maintain the accounts of unregistered purchase from farmers as they dont provide any kind of vouchers against the sale they make and please suggest me the way how can i transit these goods within the state to my godown
