Hi!

I am Sanjay Gupta from "City of Joy - Kolkata". I have completed ICWA, M.Com, CS, DIM and currently pursuing MBA. Presently i am working for Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Barrackpore Division as a Dy. Manager (Finance). Prior to this, for last 3 years i worked for "West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation Ltd" as Officer On Special Duty and before that for 3.5 years i worked for "Jekay Group of Companies" as Manager (F & A).

I am a part of caclubindia Family to share whatever knowledge i have and also to enhance my own knowledge. We all learn something everyday, because education never ends be it in school, college, institutions or in Journey of Life.

Hi Sanjay, I have seen ur reply on whether tax benefits on minor children's PPF account can be availed by HUF Kartha. Could you also kindly specify why HUF caanot claim tax deduction for contribution by Kartha towards PPF accounts of his 2 minor children?

My due date of article ship was 18th April 2010. But due to some reasons i could not submit termination form within 60days + i had extension of 69 days for which also i could not submit form. As my article ship is breaked now. i am submitting form 108 with condonation fees of300/- and fresh copies of forms 102 & 103. Plz guide Other than these if any doucments to be submitted .eg condonation letter, attendance copy, etc if any if i have to sumbit any condoantion letter/ any letter plz give me the format. u can also send me formats on deepak.shettigar@morganstanley.com
