Dear sir, I own a residential property in my name where I live with my family. In addition I have 5 interlinked road-facing shops in a residential building . All the shops are in my name. I am now contemplating renting out these 5 shops as a single unit to a "pvt ltd. company". Will I have to pay Wealth Tax on these shops or are these shops exempt from Wealth Tax Thank You for the help M.M -
