Hi Ankit, Our Organisation is working on a financial analysis tool. We want to give customized reports as per different customer segments. Now my query is, who all are the users of MCA "View Pubic Documents" or say "Inspection of company Records". We also would like to have a rough idea on %share of users for these documents. hello sir, if indian company making subcontract payment to foriegn company for engineering services then what will be tds liabiity u/s 195 what otheres point i need to look like PE, DTaa if they are branch off/Ho then what will be tax treatment please guide me thanks
