URGENT i forgot to attach statutory audit report while filing form 3CA. Shall i revise the tax audit report?

Sir, my client received notice u/s 245 with demand outstanding for AY 2018-19. When i logged in incometax site, revision is not available as revision time is over. my client made filing omitting hra exemption 80c deductions, due which he became tax payable instead of nil tax. now tell me what to do to solve this problem. how to tell dept. that he has not filed ITR as per form 16 and not claimed any exemption or deductions. Any other procedure pl let me know to solve this problem
