Claiming relief u/s 90

11 August 2016 I want to ask that a person is having salary income & he has also earned income in US(already paid tax on that income). The company in Form 16's Annexure has given relief for Federal Tax u/s 90. Now i am not getting how to claim this relief & which form should I file i.e. ITR-1 or ITR-2A. Please help me out.

11 August 2016 go for ITR 2 and write the details in sheet named FSI

12 August 2016 thanks sir, but I want to ask that is the sheet named FSI is already attached to form 2A or it is a separate sheet. I looked for form 2A but dint get any sheet named FSI there. Please help me out in the same.

13 August 2016 ITR 2A does NOT have the sheet names FSI.

Go for ITR 2...it is having FSI

29 August 2016 sir, which relevant article of DTAA is applicable if relief is claimed u/s 90 or 90A, as it is required in filing ITR-2 under schedule FSI.
