if employer(male) salary is 30000/- PM, How will be amount deduct in TDS and what will be entry in tally 9.

Section 44AB of Income Tax Act, 1961

Suppose the Assessee's turnover exceeds Rs. 40 Lacs in the f.y 2007-2008 and get his books of accounts audited u/s 44AB of Income Tax Act. Should he get his books of accounts audited for the f.y 2008-2009 even if his turnover doesnot exceed Rs. 40 Lacs?

TDS on Salary ( Group CEO )

Dear Sir,


We are paying salary to Group CEO , each company paying salary to the Group CEO seperately , Whether we need to deduct TDS in each of these companies seperately

If each company has to deduct TDS , then how to give form 16

TDS on Telephone & Insurance Expenses

Could anybody suggest me that when telephone expenses exceeeds the limit of 50,000 during the financial year & Paid to Companies like Airtel & So on, and same regarding insurance expenses incurred in relation to private sector companies, whether TDS has to be deducted or not, and if no, then whatz the reason? Could U please tell me where it is written in the act regarding both these expenses?
