As part of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs' (MCA) continued commitment to enhance service delivery and digital compliance, the final set of 38 Company Forms will be launched on the MCA21 V3 portal on 14th July 2025 at 12:00 AM. This set includes: 13 Annual Filing Forms, and 6 Audit/Cost Audit
