As part of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs' (MCA) continued commitment to enhance service delivery and digital compliance, the final set of 38 Company Forms will be launched on the MCA21 V3 portal on 14th July 2025 at 12:00 AM. This set includes:
- 13 Annual Filing Forms, and
- 6 Audit/Cost Audit Related Forms

In order to facilitate a smooth transition and implementation, stakeholders are requested to take note of the following critical timelines and instructions:
1. Discontinuation of e-Filings on MCA V2 Portal
- Effective from: 18th June 2025, 12:00 AM
- No e-filings will be permitted on the V2 portal post this cut-off.
- Action required: Ensure that there are no SRNs in 'Pending Payment' or 'Resubmission' status under V2. All such filings should be completed well in advance.
2. Discontinuation of Offline Payments in V2 Portal
- Effective from: 08th June 2025, 12:00 AM
- The 'Pay Later' option will be disabled in V2 for all e-forms.
- Action required: Use only online payment methods (Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking) for transactions in V2 post this date.
3. Downtime of MCA V3 Portal
- Scheduled Downtime: From 09th July 2025, 12:00 AM to 13th July 2025, 11:59 PM
- The V3 portal will be completely unavailable during this window.
- Important advisory: File or resubmit all current V3 forms before 09th July 2025 to avoid:
- Penalties due to missed due dates, and
- Lapse of resubmission window (no fee waivers or extensions will be granted for forms due during downtime).
4. User Account Updates in V3
- All users must:
- Create a new Business User ID, or
- Upgrade their existing V2 ID, or
- Merge their V2 ID into V3.
- Additionally, ensure that Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) are duly associated in the V3 system.
5. Mandatory Upload of Pending Details
- Deadline: 17th June 2025
- For SRNs currently in statuses such as:
- "Pending for upload of Investor details" or
- "Pending for Subsidiary Details"Stakeholders must upload the requisite data using the following services on the MCA portal:
- 'Upload Details of Security Holders/Depositors', and
- 'Update Subsidiary Details'
- Failure to comply by the above deadline will result in SRNs being marked as "NTBR" (Not to be Reprocessed).
We strongly urge all stakeholders to take proactive steps to comply with these timelines and instructions to ensure uninterrupted regulatory compliance and avoid last-minute complications.
