Consistency means the quality of behaving or similarly performing things regardless of success or failure. Let us better understand with an example in simple words. A batsman who scores 50-60 runs on average is considered good than the one who smashed just one hundred in ten matches. Similarly, students who try to be consistent with their studies perform excellently in the exams.

Friends, consistency creates an optimal evolution in one's life. It also leads a person to achieve a greater good in life. If I can recollect, there is a quote by a famous personality who has hit the nails in his life to achieve the success he dreamt of with consistency.

Dear Friends, let's look into the pointers that can help us achieve consistency:

1. Planning but failing

Plans made to be followed regularly to achieve the objectives set. However, all these plans fail to provide any outcome. The main reason behind the same is a lack of consistency. 

  • Set a short-term and realistic plan
  • Check mark the goals once achieved
  • Make it a part of your daily routine.

2. Time Matters

It means accepting the length and boundaries of your time, such as attending classes, hectic work schedules, social life, social networking, studies, exams, etc. Being honest with your time can help you prioritize your activities, lower stress, and be more goal-oriented.

3. Practice is key to success

Practicing past question papers will help you understand the intricacies of questions asked in every attempt. It will make you well prepared for your exams.

4. Internal Assessment

Regularly attending mock tests and solving past question papers will boost your confidence. Further correcting those papers will give you a clear perspective of your efforts, your weakness and how to prepare for exams.

 

5. Simple Notes

Many students face issues handling that one day before exams due to poor planning and not having handy notes to help them cover the syllabus. Creating simple notes can help you manage that one day before exams. It will also reduce your exam stress and fear, build confidence and provide much-needed relief before exams.
