Extension of anti dumping duty on Fluoroelastomers

FAQ :

The anti-dumping duty extension concerns imports of Fluoroelastomers (FKM).

The anti-dumping duty applies to Fluoroelastomers originating in or exported from China PR.

The original anti-dumping duty was imposed vide notification number 40/2020-Customs (ADD) on 27th November 2020.

The anti-dumping duty has been extended and shall remain in force up to and inclusive of the 26th February 2026.

This notification amends the previous one to extend the duration of the anti-dumping duty on Fluoroelastomers.
