Extension of Countervailing Duty up to 23 March 2027

FAQ :

This notification amends a previous one to extend the duration of a countervailing duty.

The countervailing duty has been extended up to and inclusive of the 23rd March 2027.

The original notification was No. 4/2021-Customs (CVD), dated 24th September 2021.

The extension is made in exercise of powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (6) of section 9 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, read with specific rules.
