These Phases Cover the Cost Audit and Winding-Up
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has invited suggestions/ comments for the 5th and 6th tranche of Draft Rules being framed under the Companies Act, 2013. Under the 5th tranche, Draft Rules for Winding-Up have been put up; while under the 6th tranche, Draft Rules for Cost Audit have been put up for giving suggestions/ comments.
December 6, 2013 has been fixed as the last date for submission of suggestions/ comments for the 6th tranche; whereas for the 5th tranche the last date will be 19.12.2013.
The Ministry has already invited suggestions/ comments from the public for the 1st 2nd, 3rd and 4th tranche of Draft Rules. The last date for giving suggestions/ comments for the first four tranche of Draft Rules has already expired.
All the Draft Rules put out for public comments, as also the Companies Act, are available on the website of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
