The official notification of MCA reads that the original date for filing the ACTIVe INC-22A forms stands revised from the previous 25.04.2019 to 15.06.2019. Non-filing of the forms by 15.06.2019 shall amount to penalty liability of Rs. 10,000. --------------------------------------------------
