CAIT has sent an important communication to all CM's drawing their attention towards GST avoidance by e-commerce players causing huge loss of GST revenue to the government and also urged support for E-Commerce Rules under the Consumer Protection Act.

Time Table for December 2021 CS Executive and Professional Programme Examination

ICSI has released the schedule for the December 2021 session of CS Executive and Professional Examinations under the Old and New Syllabus. The exams are scheduled to commence from 21st December 2021 and will conclude on 30th December 2021.

ICAI extends date for completion of ICITSS for provisionally registered students through Direct Entry Route to appear in CA Intermediate May 22 Exams

ICAI has extended the date for completion of ICITSS for provisionally registered students through Direct Entry Route. These students are now allowed to start their practical training before 15.08.2021 and complete their ICITSS before 31.10.2021.

Income tax refunds of Rs. 14,241 crore have been issued in 21,38,375 cases & corporate tax refunds of Rs. 33,078 crore have been issued in 1,22,511 cases.

No Change in CS Examinations - Clarifies ICSI

ICSI has clarified that there will be no change in CS exams and the same will be held on 20th August 2021 only, as per the time table hosted on the institute's website. As such, there is no change in the time table announced earlier.

DPE brings out 60th annual Public Enterprises Survey 2019-20

The Public Enterprises Survey 2019-20 has been laid in the Lok Sabha on 6th August 2021 and in the Rajya Sabha on 9th August 2021 respectively. As per the PE Survey 2019-20 as on 31st March 2020, there are 256 operational CPSEs.
