CGST officials bust a syndicate of 7 firms in GST evasion of more than Rs 85 crore

It was evident that Shri Rakesh Kumar Jain was using multiple firms to avail and pass on fake ITC on bogus invoices and E-Way Bills without actual supply of goods. The quantum of GST evaded by him is more than Rs. 85 crore.

CGST unearths a racket of GST fraud and fake ITC of approx. 99 crores

CGST Ghaziabad arrested 1 person in follow up of an earlier case which involved GST fraud of Rs. 630 crs. in value and fake ITC of approx 100 crs. by creating 50 bogus firms, using multiple PAN, mobile numbers and bank accounts.
