RBI issues guidelines on distribution of dividend by NBFCs
25 June 2021 at 06:35RBI has decided to prescribe guidelines on the distribution of dividend by NBFCs. These guidelines shall be effective for declaration of dividend from the profits of the financial year ending March 31, 2022, and onwards.
