The Ministry of Corporate Affairs(MCA) has notified in its official website that the form PAS-6 shall be available for filing as an e-form with effect from the 15th of July 2020. The date of the availability of the form has been notified so that the stakeholders can plan accordingly.
Form PAS-6 is for the purpose of reconciliation of Share Capital Audit Report on a half-yearly basis.
