Due to lack of awareness wrongly mentioned in ITR for Section 44AA as not applicable to maintain books of accounts.
Where as turn over is lessthan 10 lakhs for the last 7 years and net profit is in between from Rs.2,30,000 to 3,50,000 for these years. How to correct the issue.

No need to rectify, it will be deemed to be declared u/s. 44AD.
Sir, my activity is not covered under presumptive business. covered under 703 Consultancy services. All of these 7 years i submitted ITR under non account case due to lack of awareness.
So, better to rectify said mistake if any defect raised by ITD. And If you have provided BS and P&L acc. in ITR, defect may not be raised.......
From next time take all such precautions.
Sir, as of now defect is not raised by ITD. For awareness purpose i am reading the sections of IT Act 1961. I found this error.
