Plese check it in the Public Notices U/s 248 of CA 2013 in MCA website, if that company name was there in that list, then ROC itself is closing such companies after the 30 dyas from the notice.
if it is not there in tha list, still you can file for voluntary winding up of company by filing the ROC Form with required details and attachments.
