I am having major income from salary and minor income from professional services. Please let me update to which ITR i need to file for the asst year 13-14. I am thinking of ITR 4, please confirm whether it is correct or not?

Ideally ITR 4. But you can show the minor income from profession as income from other sources and opt for ITR1 which is easy to fill in. But again by rulebook, it has to be ITR4.
