I am planning to buy a 3BHK flat, so thinking to go ahead with a home loan worth 75 lakh. I have visited some banks but its really difficult to compare. I checked on online portals like Dialabank, they gave me the lowest rate of interest 9.55% from HDFC bank. Should I go for it or should I visit the branch? Guys, please suggest what to do.

The interest rate you get depends on your profile. Though the lowest rate available from HDFC Bank is 9.45%. You should check your CIBIL Score. And if you have an account in the HDFC Bank you can easily get the loan at 9.45%. You can confirm it with the bank.
