The thing is.... problem is that everything is in our hands... at the end of the day we might be blaming someone for our mood.... but afterall its us who allowed some person to ruin our mood....
Its not easy.... We all know... But we can mentally remind ourselves each day that it is in our hands....
One of my experience....
The housemaid who comes to my home came sooo cheerfully one day... To our delight... she had finally got her own home....
My mom happened to pass thru her home one day and then she saw that the house was in a comeplete mess.... the structure was loose... felt like anytime it might fall down... all mud everywhere... and stilll..... stilll..... She chose to smile and be happy with it.... what greater example can there be???
The choice is ours...!!!
