Want exam answer sheets

i need certified copies of my nov 2013 exam . . . . what is the procedure for offline application ??? how much is the amt for dd . . . i have heard someone say its rs 100 per subject under rti or maybe . . . buit at icai site its given 500 rs per subject . . plz help urgently . .
