Hi,

I am a victim of this BPO industry, I completed my CWA in Dec 2007, however i am not able to find a good finance Job,

Actually i am having a financial BPO experience of 3.5 years, and still working, due to which recuuiters are not considering into any conventional finance job. So still struggling since 2 years.

I want to make a career in M&A as an analyst.

Can any one suggest me a way to come out of this problem bubble? And also if possible let me know of good oppertunity at sunder1001 @ gmail.com

Hi sundar, what was your exact profile in the BPO sector during 3.5 years experience??

what matters when u look for a new job is the exp that u gained on ur last job, and its not neccessary that due to working in BPO sector u r not getting a better job.

So, Please let us know ur profile and work experience in that BPO company, then other seniors will be able to guide you better

I have worked 2 in US mutual funds Backoffice.. where my role was to calcualate NAV for mutual funds (Fund Accounting). and since past 1.5 years.. i am into Fixed income settlements.. (like Clearing system).

I am looking an oppertunity in M&A or Research.

can u do me a favor.

Can u tell me some information about Mutual fund ?
Can you explain how nav's are calculated and how the performance of the fund is calculated.
what is the duty of the Issuer and RTA and fund manger?

since i am in analysing about Mutual fund.

please help me by sharing ur pratical experience.
