Hi sundar, what was your exact profile in the BPO sector during 3.5 years experience??

what matters when u look for a new job is the exp that u gained on ur last job, and its not neccessary that due to working in BPO sector u r not getting a better job.

So, Please let us know ur profile and work experience in that BPO company, then other seniors will be able to guide you better

I have worked 2 in US mutual funds Backoffice.. where my role was to calcualate NAV for mutual funds (Fund Accounting). and since past 1.5 years.. i am into Fixed income settlements.. (like Clearing system).

I am looking an oppertunity in M&A or Research.

• Can you explain how nav's are calculated and how the performance of the fund is calculated.
• what is the duty of the Issuer and RTA and fund manger?

since i am in analysing about Mutual fund.
