Dear Sir, please tell what is the meaning of assessments / CST Assessments,,and when it will come into place..

dealers who having interstate purchase sale or export and when he claim refund under vat , in this case VAT Assessment is required. for checking refund claim by him is correct or not. no such specific time for such assessment.
