Validation Error

I had filed GST application which passed validation successfully (i.e. No PAN errors)

But there was notice for clarification on address proof and which I filed clarification form on 31st July.

But unfortunately due to Income tax website issue the clarification form gave "PAN validation error"

But now when I try to EDIT the form (so I can resubmit it as is)... its not allowing me to re-submit.

Its not allowing to select "Yes" or "No". And there is no "Submit" button too.

So what to do now? How to proceed?

Thanks in advance.

PS: PAN is correct. Because original application did not have PAN validation error. So clarification form should not have failed either.
